What is the booking process?

Once we have all your details and have confirmed availability for your chosen date we will require a 10% deposit to secure the booking. Once this is received we will set you a confirmation email for your information. We will also confirm if you have any specific times required for delivery/collection. We will require the final balance on delivery if not already paid. On the date of your event we will deliver and set up all equipment prior to your party starting and return at the agreed time to collect everything, meaning all you have to do is relax and enjoy your party.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our policy is that any cancellations made by the customer after the confirmation email has been sent will result in the 10% booking fee being forfeited, any other monies already paid will be returned.

Can bouncy castles be hired indoors?

Yes, subject to size requirements. All of our castles have the size requirements listed on their product page, but if you would like more information please call us to discuss

Can bouncy castles be hired outdoors?

Yes, on flat grassed areas only and subject to size requirements. All we require is that the area is free of debris and that a power source is in reach of an extension cable. We also require access so please bear in mind if the booking is for your home and access is through your home this will mean us bringing our trolleys and equipment through. We do not operate bouncy castles outdoors on hard surfaces.

What about my grass?

As we use a ground sheet underneath our inflatables it may flatten the grass underneath for a few days but will not damage it permanently. You do not need to cut your grass, but if you would prefer to please do this at least a few days prior to the booking to avoid any wet grass sticking to the ground sheet or inflatable.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable for my bouncy castle to be outside?

We are unable to operate bouncy castles outside in rain or winds over 24mph, we check weather conditions the day before all bookings and if this looks to be the case we will contact you to discuss your options. If it is not possible to move the hire location to an indoor venue we will be happy to rearrange your booking to an alternative date. Light showers are fine.

Can adults use the bouncy castles?

No, all of our inflatables are strictly for children.

Are the bouncy castles safety tested?

All of our bouncy castles and inflatables are PIPA tested every 12 months and inspected before each use, to make sure they are always clean and safe to use.

Are you Insured?

We have £5 Million Pound Public and Product Liability Insurance which covers accidents and injuries caused by equipment failure and improper installation. You as the hirer are responsible for ensuring proper adult supervision of the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable, and the safety of the children using the equipment. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries other than those directly caused by faults in our equipment or improper installation.

What areas do you cover?

From July 2025 we cover Berwick, Eyemouth and surrounding areas including North Northumberland, Dunbar, Duns, Coldstream and Kelso. Please ring us to check availability in your area if not listed.
